"Nice boots, sorta expensive"
I do like these boots and they seem well made, but for the price I sorta expected them to feel more comfortable right out of the box. They took some time to break in, and even now I still feel like they’re a bit overpriced. They’re not bad at all, just not the best value for me

"Fast help that put my mind at ease"
I had a question about my delivery and didn’t want it to turn into one of those situations where you’re left guessing. Customer service got back to me really quickly, and they were actually helpful instead of sending some generic copy-paste reply. They answered my question clearly and got everything sorted the same day, which made me feel a lot more comfortable about the order. Really happy with how easy it all was.

"Easy exchange, but the slow updates are on them"
I had to swap sizes and the exchange itself was painless. The return label worked fine and I didn’t run into any issues sending it back. My only gripe is that the update emails took longer than they should have, which is really on their team to tighten up. Overall, it was simple enough, just a little slower than I expected

"I really like the look of these..."
I really like the look of these boots, and they’re easy to pair with a lot of different outfits. To be fair, the website has a great range of styles and it was fun to browse. My only small gripe is that some of the product photos could show more angles, just so you know exactly what you’re getting before ordering.

"Fit was right on the money"
I went with my normal size, i’m glad I did because they fit really well. I was a little skeptical ordering boots online since sizing can be such a gamble, but the size guide actually did its job. They felt a bit stiff for the first couple of days, which I kind of expected, but there was no heel slipping or cramped toes. Overall, I’d say the fit is solid and not something I’d worry about.

I was a little worried at first because I really didn’t want to lose my money, but the refund came through after a few days. It wasn’t instant, but in the end everything was fine.

"Love the boots, but the stitching should’ve been checked"
I really do like these boots and I’m still happy to wear them, but the stitching was a little off when they arrived. For the price, it feels fair to expect better quality control before something gets sent out. They’re great overall, but taking that extra care would be the right thing for customers.

"Comfy after a little break-in time"
They took about a week to really feel comfortable, but now they’re super comfy. I do wish the instructions or break-in expectations had been a bit clearer upfront, though.

"Got lucky and found my size"
I had been looking around at a few different places and somehow my size was sold out pretty much everywhere. Then I checked drmartens.com and they actually had them, so I figured that was probably the best place to order from anyway. The checkout was simple, and I didn’t have to sit around waiting for some restock email. Happy I finally got the pair I wanted

"Good boots, just wore down quicker than I hoped"
I like these boots. They look really good, feel sturdy right out of the box. Comfortable enough too. But after a few months, I started noticing the soles wearing down more than expected. Not terrible. Still decent boots. I just thought they’d hold up a bit longer.

My boot sole ended up splitting, which I was expecting to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth warranty situations, but it didn’t. I reached out to support, explained what happened, and they made the whole thing straightforward. They sent clear repair info, so I knew exactly what I needed to do and wasn’t left guessing about the next step. The emails came back fairly quickly too, which helped a lot because waiting around with no updates is usually the frustrating part. Overall, it was handled without making it a big hassle, and I’m really happy with how easy they made it.
